"If I could I would give zero, I call them regarding an appointment and they said that the nurse will call me back which she didn't when I called them back they were asking me a lot of questions that they already have answers for when I asked they why are they asking me so many questions she hung up on me saying I was rude. This is the worst place ever. Do not care about others."
"I have been to Erlanger East with my husband twice. Once in the ER then was admitted. From ER to admitting was amazing. Very fast. Treatment in ER and on the floor was exceptional. He was there 4 days and care was beyond expectations. We were kept informed all all times. Then he had op surg. Again care from Ck in, preop and post op was same thing. Above exceptional. Then I had 4 op surgeries with 1 overnight stay. Again care front Ck in to our was exceptional Erl East is my hospital of choice."
