Dr. Okoro took a deep dive to get to know me and my overall health when 1st seeing her back in July. I went again for a physical a few days ago and was impressed that she remembered details about me. Yes, they have all the medical records, but she remembered details about my life. This young doctor is exceptionally skilled with an old-school personal touch that makes me feel well cared for when leaving her office. "Walked in for my free yearly physical, walked out with a $300 bill. Before my appointment I confirmed with staff members that I wouldn’t be billed for an office visit for simply answering questions from my doctor. They lied. I’m dumb for believing them. Word of advice…don’t answer any questions from your doctor during a physical if you don’t want to get charged for an office visit. They love double billing people. Getting in contact with anyone from the billing department is impossible. This place is the reason I won’t ever go to the doctor anymore. The only good thing about this place is the fish tank. Now getting my insurance company involved."
