"After years of going to this practice, it became clear that my mental health was not a priority and have since changed practices, which might have saved my life. Not only that, but after spending many, many thousands of dollars there, I found a more caring and costs effective doctor. Dr. Sambunaris seems nice, but he really enjoys the sound of his own voice. He often didn't even ask how my medications were doing and talked over me when I tried to bring such subjects up before my appointments were over. To be fair, his office staff doesn't even pretend to be caring, considerate, or empathetic. I had unpleasant experiences with each of them over the years and read many other reviews saying the same thing. The fact he keeps them all employed, even with such feedback says volumes. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. He really tries to garner business based on being a veteran, but I wanted a doctor that cared and tried to help me maintain functionality, not one that bloviates."
