"This place started out good. But they don't understand addiction and the battle. And thefact some of us have to work and they want you to come in weekly. I've never heard of someone being thrown out of treatment This place is a joke. It's a cash Cow for people who have no clue what they are doing. Save yourself the trouble. Find somewhere else! Oh and good luck being seen on time. Having to do somebody else's job to get your meds. Dr. A is good. He's just had 12 nurse practitioners in almost 2 years."

"Worst place to go if you actually need help they don't consult help with any depression or anxiety other then making you take pills and don't help you talk about problems. They never get back to me and have been billing me for months and I stopped going to them and they've billed me for other peoples visits"

"I would hands down recommend Dr. Aflatoon and the therapist Nicole. It took my mom a long time to find a great location and after relocating her to Georgia I have seen such an amazing change in her, they have so many options for PTSD therapy. I have met with both of them and they really are the absolute best! I get a message for her medication refills before she even gets out of the parking lot and getting and appointment is not hard at all. Highly, highly recommend."

"I do not recommend this facility at all. They never answer the phone. The staff at the front desk is rude and I can guarantee they don’t even listen to their voicemails because they never give you a call back. They fail to send your prescriptions to your pharmacy at a timely manner. You never see the same “doctor” it’s always someone different which defeats the purpose of building trust with your doctor and they try to get you on the most expensive medications. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere"

"My child sees Dr. Aflatoon and is in therapy with Nicole. Dr. A has helped us diagnose and treat my child’s issues. We are able to ask questions so we fully understand her treatment plan. Having her therapist in the same practice has been great. They are able to work together on the best course of action. By creating a positive and open environment, Nicole has made my child feel comfortable with sharing and expressing her feelings. The front staff has helped with school paperwork and getting her started in specific programs. I would highly recommend New Focus."
