Getting the right treatment plan for mood or learning challenges can be a long and difficult process, but Dr Reid's personal attention to treating her patients and her staff's dedication to helping make the process as smooth as possible is best in class."

"We were referred to Dr. Reid by a close friend to assist with our 15 year old daughter's condition. We had scheduled an evaluation that we had to cancel due to my daughter needing major back surgery. When we rescheduled, there was a conflict with the date that necessitated a second reschedule in which we requested a new date. Much to our surprise, the administrative assistant told us that they would not reschedule the appointment due to their policy was that after one cancellation, they will not accept a patient if there is second cancellation. I explained to the assistant that we cancelled well before the date of the appointment and the circumstances were medical related with the back surgery. This person did not care and refused to schedule her for an evaluation. This policy, considering the circumstances of our request, certainly does not exhibit a level of care or compassion that I would expect from a mental health care professional. I guess I should have read some of the past reviews."
