"My visit to KP/Alpharetta today was a pre-operative exam with my primary care doctor. The visit was timely and informative. I appreciate the excellent care and concern that all KP medical staff provide. I am very satisfied with my KP membership."

"10.3.23 Was 5 min late and had to wait in lines to check in. The computer seemed like the quicker line (and it was as family that was in the front at the desk was still there when I had to go to that line) when I got to computer it said to check in at desk. Waited in that line another 10 minutes before someone came to help the 1 person working. Checked in and then waited in lobby. Few minutes later was told sorry I was too late and doctor decided not to see me and I need to reschedule. Went to the front and he explained by the time I got to the computer to check in it was 10:16. 1 minute too late for that and then it was extra late after. Well now my appointment is scheduled for a month later. A Month? And when asked why so long he said I usually have to book 6 weeks in advanced. Kaiser has continued to be such a pain to have and I will never recommend it to anyone. Will be looking into different options come open enrolment. update 10.5.23 Had a Dr. call me to apologize as this should have been handled differently there as I was on time just got held up in lines. Also was explained to me they should have potentially offered to have a same day appointment if I was willing to wait even if I was late so it should have never came to this. Now he was able to get me an earlier appointment and was able to explain some things that I have had issues with in the past to get appointments which will be very helpful in the future. I am only going to bump up 1 star though as those actions from them still happened. Hopefully the future visits (Im going to a different center) will be better."

"I have been using this location for many, many years and it is like pulling teeth trying to do anything here. I tried for almost a year to get in for an appointment for a standard procedure and every time they would cancel the DAY OF my appointment due to a scheduling error on THEIR end and make me wait months for the next. I eventually gave up. Their communication is also absolutely abysmal. Recently I got a call from them before my appointment, I immediately called back just to be told no one called me. When I show up a couple hours later, they tell me they tried to reach me to cancel my appointment. SO WHY was I not told that WHEN I CALLED BACK? Again, rescheduled for months out even though it is always entirely an error on their end. Don’t even bother here. Internal communication issues make it a constant headache."
