"I had Sydney Cummingham for telehealth to prescribe medication, I also work in healthcare so I try be understanding and I don't even write reviews . but she really does not seem to believe in mental health, so why work in this field? She would forget to refill meds so I would go through withdrawals, even when I called and texted through patient portal. I payed for a test and asked to please send the records before deadline several times yet she chose not despite explaining I can miss out on the semester. Even in the telehealth appt she was unprofessional had her man walking in the background while I was speaking confidential info and was not paying attention to what was difficult for me to talk about because she was focusing on him??. I complained of bad appetite and nausea she said as long as you eat one meal a day and still recommended another serotonin medication, later that night I got sent to the hospital for serotonin syndrome. I chose to trust in her because I really needed to. It is already hard enough to cope with mental illness, so why make it even harder when I came to get help?"
