"I didn’t shop at goodwills for a long time because they make profit off of items that are legit free to them. However, recently my MIL convinced me to check it out because I'm trying to build up my library in my house. I love all the goodwill’s prices in WV. However, recently went to this one after they remodeled. So many amazing books but the price is double what they charge at wv goodwills. They also don’t honor the color of the week there or do points.love the selection but will NOT be back"

"Don’t look at the signs cause that isn’t what they’re charging you. All kids clothing is supposed to be $1.00 each she was charging $1.60 cause their prices have raised which I understand but the sign is still $1 which should be honored. One of the shirts had a store new tag for $6.50 and that’s what she tried to charge me. I finally said forget it. I shop their several times a week but won’t be back anymore."

"Absolutely the South Point Ohio has turned into a young teen hangout..I hadn't gone in this site for quite sometime due to pricing was very high..went in on Saturday was a nightmare hardly anything in the store employees talking so loud Over noisy fan in the store.. was not paying attention to customers 1 or 2 girls rest guys..guy was talking over the loud speaker with stuff that didn't need to be announced. Customer waiting on them to ring them out.. absolutely a waste of time... there needs to be adults in there working not KIDS"

"I was at this location and shopped for about 30 minutes and decided to go next door to another store. I came back to look again about 10 minutes later and the associate wanted me to put my purse in the front of the store as it is a "backpack". She was very rude about it. I walked around this store, waited in the front while my kid tried on dresses, in front of the other associates, no one said anything. So no backpacks, even if it's a purse."
