"My experience with Dr Naqvi was great! The receptionist who answers the incoming calls was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment with the doctor within 2 weeks, which I thought was awesome considering the doctors office I just transferred over from was booked for the next 2 months! There was a couple of things I needed handled regarding emails and paperwork and the receptionist did exactly what I asked her to do. My appointment went smooth. The doctor asked me some questions and he gave me an opportunity to ask questions, and that was pretty much it. I was happy with how everything went and my medication was sent to the pharmacy the same day with no issues. I'm not sure if they offer therapy there because that isn't something I needed. But if you need a doctor to get to the point and not beat around the bush, this place is for you! Thank you to Dr. Naqvi and his friendly receptionist!!"

"The review before didn’t lie at ALL! The office is a complete mess with clients personal information laying everywhere no wonder they only do phone visits. I was on the phone with Dr.Naqvi for 3 mins and he prescribed me medicine and hung up. No regards to helping me work through problems mentally at all just only prescribing me meds and leaving. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before instead of just visiting him because of a referral."

"If you see this review prior to your appointment, CANCEL IT. If youvisit the actual office you’ll find it in total disarray. Patient files laying all over. A complete HIPPA violation. The receptionist is disorganized and frankly not polite. The way the receptionist treats you is just foreshadowing of what to expect from the doctor. He will literally just prescribe medication after 30 secs of conversation. This is not an exaggeration. He asked me about current medication within the first minute of the appointment. After I told him I didn’t have a question about it he was preparing to disconnect the call. He never made eye contact or looked up from his paper. I will never be back."

"I called and talked to somebody in this Macon office and told them that the wrong anxiety medicine has been sent to me and I need to talk to a doctor because I have had multiple panic attacks and so much anxiety not being on my medicine, this person had an attitude straight away and interrupted me as I was telling them how I was having panic attacks. & have been calling since I got the wrong medicine but can’t talk to the doctor ever. This person gave me a number, I’m guessing so this person could get off the phone with me. I called and of course no answer. So my sister decided to call back for me because she knew how bad this was for me. She then went on to tell this same person that I talked to, that she was calling for me , that she was my sister and the person had an attitude with her just like she did with me saying put your sister on the phone. Almost yelling at my sister to put me on the phone. I was about to take the phone and talk to this person when my sister went on tell them if you work at a mental health office you should not have such a bad attitude and right after she said that this person hung up on her. Just experiencing this has made my anxiety sky rocket and I can’t do anything about it because the medicine I was prescribed before & told the doctor that it was making me dizzy and feel worse is the medicine for anxiety he mistakenly prescribed me this time. I know for sure that it was a mistake because the doctor asked me “ same medicine “ everything good? I said yes , I’ve been taking this new medicine for 2 months now before this. So it’s hard not having it especially having such bad anxiety. I am honestly shocked how this person handled this and should have a job elsewhere for sure. I have called everyday at different offices morning afternoon & evening since I realized they sent me the wrong medicine. I’ve been told they would send an email which I never got a call back from. I told this person in the Macon office but I could tell they did not care whatsoever."

"I like Dr. Naqvi and have been a patient for years. It is true that he does not spend much time with a patient, but I understand why. My insurance company and probably most others do not compensate him and he has to live on what copays he receives. The negative ratings are unfair. He is a good person as well as a good doctor. And he is an excellent conversationalist. He shows respect, and most doctors do not. His specialty is internal medicine. Other therapists are available for talk therapy."
