"Bad customer service..this would have been my first visit but the customer service agent was not helpful. The website to download documents is not user friendly and you cannot fill out forms using a cellphone..this should have been explained prior to the appointment..I had pre authorization forms with an ID ready to send and was refused. I could have sent the forms later so that my appointment would not be missed but there was no empathy to the customer. I used this as a sign that this is not a place of healing for me..do better and give grace to those who keep your business afloat."

"The front desk and billing staff is unbelievably rude and ignorant. My kid has 2 levels of insurance, which means no copay is to be collected. Ever. I have used both of these insurances time and time again without issue. This woman tried to collect my primary copayment. I explained I have a secondary. She said that's not how it works (it does). She called and verified coverage on both policies and yet still wanted the copay. She claims to have worked in medical billing for 20 years and yet she has no idea how secondary insurance works? The secondary company even said as far as they were concerned, we were to pay nothing. There was a coordination of benefits issue I found out I need to correct (it is after 5 and could not be done). This woman said I could reschedule the appointment or pay the copay. We decided to leave after she called me difficult. This woman looked down her nose at me and treated me like I am stupid (I am not). I have medical billing experience, too, several years of it and I know how this all works. Beware if you choose to seek treatment here. The biller will try to rob you too."
