"I was referred by my doctor around six weeks ago. I never got a call when I did call, I left a message. No one answered. No one called me back. I called a third time and was rudely put on hold for 20 or 30 minutes until I hung up, do you guys want to help people or are you just there for a paycheck?"
"I would really not recommend this place. I saw the doctor in January. My blood work was sent to her that day. I have been calling weekly (sometimes more often) to get a follow up appointment. I was called to say that the appointment is the end of May! Are you kidding me. They do not return messages when I called. It is insane that it took over a month to finally call me back to give me an appointment for 3 months away. Very poor customer service for sure"
"Praise God I have no complications and the surgery (RNY) was very successful for me. Dr Rossi did a good job. There is risk. For me it was worth it. Oh and they need more help in the office answering messages."
"It has been almost a year since I completed all my steps to have surgery. No authorization has been submitted to my insurance, no one answers the phone, and no one calls you back. I understand Covid shut down surgeries for a bit, however it’s been almost a YEAR and I know nothing! The first call/callback I received from multiple messages was in February, they advised that they would be submitting my authorization. No authorization has been submitted to my insurance as of today 06/08/2022. I don’t understand how it could take this long and receive no response from anyone. This is my health and life at risk. I took the steps for a reason. All I have done is waste my time and money. It is not right that no communication is being made."
"I want so much to give a good review, but I can't. I didn't have any trouble at all during the 6 month process of prerequisites that my insurance required. I did everything that my insurance wanted me to, I never missed an appointment and got everything done before I had to. I finished up my appointments in December last year (2021) and I was told everything had to be submitted to my insurance for clearance. 4-6 weeks for insurance clearance and then 4-6 weeks after that for a surgery date. I can't get through to the office. I have called and left message, after message. I have spoken with the receptionist and they have sent messages over. NOTHING!!! My insurance is about to change so I need to know where I am on the list and see how long I can hold off on the change. It's just not fair. I did what I was supposed to do, they were my last hope and now that's gone. I'm so sad, that they have dropped the ball so badly I can't even believe that my surgery will happen now. I'm so defeated about it."
