If you read a review saying he's doing other things, it's because he just about lives at his office trying to help his patients. He doesn't have much time for a life when he stays until midnight listening to his patients. He's tried to make it comfortable for himself too but never think he's not listening to you. He's watching your actions all the time even though you might think he's not. He's the best psychiatrist because he cares about his patients & takes as long as they need to talk.
