The staff also provide the utmost support and treat residents with dignity. The community has a well maintained patio for outdoor events and perfect place for your loved ones, in addition to their restaurant style dining with great food, exceptional onsite PT, enriching on and off site activities create an engaging interaction lifestyle. "Staff has been completely changed with what seems like overnight. The new staff is not what it was. Spring told me flat out that "They did not have to give residence families the code to get in". Anytime in the past, the code was sent almost immediately. Thankfully Glory made sure I received the code before I left visiting with my mom. My mom was so worried that she asked me if they were going to be mean to her because they were mad at me. I hate that mom has to feel unsafe, especially for what she pays a month. Same night, a new staff, who is known to be Springs daughter, came into my moms room, took out trash (which there was none) and left the can with no new bag. She never came back. I had to come to the Landings late eve Friday December 1st because the staff refused to let my moms companion in, as they claimed she was fired, but she had already been in once that week, so we had no idea there was even an issue. There was no contact made with us, beyond her companion, which if there was an issue, we should have been contacted immediately. I have been calling, emailing and even texting corporate and contacts I was given. One number has a voicemail that is full, no email replies, and no returned calls. Update: Glory has been incredibly helpful and turned our opinions positively. We are hopeful this will continue and staffing will continue to grow!"

"I have visited every assisted living facility in Canton and the surrounding Canton area before choosing the right fit for my mother. This one has the friendliest staff and offers the most bang for your buck. I would highly suggest placing a loved one here, as I did for mine, who has dementia and is living in their memory care unit."

"I was the hair dresser there and I love each and everyone there. They were all so sweet residents and staff. I enjoyed working with them it was truly a rewarding, blessing, experience!!
