"My Dr was fine but their 3rd party billing system is horrendous. I will not go back to NSOI for that sole reason. I’m getting updated bills from 8 months ago with no details on what constitutes those bills. They blame insurance delays and replies but that’s completely false. I always get statements and insurance co-pay EOB’s from other healthcare providers within 30 - 45 days. NSOI’s 3rd party billing service is simply incompetent in providing timely billing info."

"The doctor didn't really go into detail about the procedure. This caused me to go full on pain, when I should have been taking it easy. However, the doctor's process for the procedure was smooth and painless. Very friendly. Would recommend, just write questions down before going so you don't forget. I had done online research but there were no articles that I could find for that procedure."

"Dr. Simmons and the staff were amazing. My 2 year old son fractured his foot in January and they made him feel so at ease as well as myself. They even played monster trucks with him while waiting for X-rays. Welcoming and fun group."

"After looking on my insurance provider provider portal. I made an appointment to see Dr. Simmons. I explained that I hadn’t been to the doctor in quite some time and would like a physical and blood work done. The office checked to see if that could be done. Once agreed upon, I made my appointment. The following day the received a call from the office stating that the doctor wouldn’t be during my appointment time so we moved the time to earlier in the day. On this call, I confirmed with the office on why I wanted to see the doctor. Again, I was out on hold for them to check. Again, I was assured it could be done. As I was filling out my paperwork the morning of the appoint (8am), I told that Dr. Simmons was not the right type of doctor for me to see. I was a little upset as I tried to do my due diligence to explain and confirm the reason for my appointment. At the end of it all, here I sit writing this review not having seen a doctor. I guess this is just my luck…."

"Dr. Simmons is wonderful! My son had a concussion and neck injury from a high fall. Dr. Simmons was very knowledgeable, took his time with us, and made my son feel relaxed. He went over every detail of the MRI with us and his nurse is terrific! Had to call a few times with questions over the weeks that followed, and she was quick to call back with complete and helpful answers"
