Starbucks

"For the last 2 months I’ve been going here in the mornings to get my coffee. However it’s just not good. Let me say the service is good and the girl who works the window is very pleasant , which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. However the quality of the coffee is horrible!!! It’s watered down and has no flavor compared to other locations. I have to go home and add my own “touch up” to it. I use to be a barista so I know what it takes to make a good drink. It’s no effort being put into the drinks at this location. I’m not sure if this is because it’s “early” or what, but I wont be returning during the morning hours."

"Ordered two $6 cafe mochas and got HALF FILLED CUPS. I don’t have this issue with any of the other locations."

"I love Starbucks and having one so close in our area. Dealing with the staff gives me anxiety every time I have to speak to them. Why are they so unnecessarily rude. I try to be so nice and I get the same hateful attitude. Most of the time I just order on the app and pickup at the counter and it’s fine. I really wish they would get some new employees. In regard to the response from Starbucks. I have let corporate know several times."

"Not my cup of tea: It's a shame a large company like this doesn't understand the value of prompt service. The staff were working very hard. Apparently the coffee was very good but I never drink it. My sandwich was surprisingly small, tasteless and expensive. I know the coffee is the only reason people return. Friendly staff but they were overworked."

"This Starbucks is either really good, or they just don’t know what they’re doing. I got the Cinnamon Carmel Cream Nitro Cold Brew and there was no cinnamon and 0 ice in a cold brew. As you can tell there’s also milk already in the coffee, if you look at the picture on their menu it’s supposed to be actual coffee. Ive had this drink a dozen times and I’ve never seen it made so poorly. For almost $6 for a drink this is very disappointing. They definitely need to improve their consistency."
