Starbucks 1865 Jonesboro Road, McDonough, GA 30253

"Almost always bo matter how slow or busy it’ll take 30mins to either get my drink or consumable if I order them online. Not once have I walked in managed to get both in the same time instance in a timely manner. The last time I was there I ordered my drink 10mins before walking in only for me to still go and it not be ready then on top of that had to wait 30mins before i just decided to leave cause I was late for work. (It wasn’t busy)"

"I ordered only 1 drink for 30 minutes before I get there. Waited another 30 minutes just after she said some machine was broken. After 1 hour I had to leave for work. The lady said she would return it to my account. I’ve never received any refund, it’s been over a month now."

"I’m giving this Starbucks2 stars because I had to wait 30 minutes for a hot chocolate and they were out of chocolate chip cookies, brownies and coffee cakes at 3:30 in the afternoon. But the kicker and the reason why I gave it 2 stars was because after waiting all that time , the barista just hands me my hot chocolate without saying a word; no “thank you”, no “sorry for the wait”….She just hands it to me and to be honest with you the only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because it is a Starbucks and the manger was nice about the explanation of why they were out of several baked goods. But still, that is ridiculous and I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for eight years. I’ve never Experienced that so I hope y’all get it together!"

"I always have a problem when I come to this Starbucks. After pre-ordering from the app they never have the drink ready upon arrival. It’s always the printer stickers are not working. Etc. and no barista has a sense of urgency when told to them. Overall not good for pre-ordering."
