"Thank you for your care we didn’t wait to long. The longest part was registration. I recommend registering ahead of time Or as soon as you get there start registering on your phone. The slushy Machine and Game helped keep my son Occupied! Also love that you have coffee available."

"This place is awesome. [In the past I've gone to Kroger Little Clinics which have been sometimes temporarily or permanently closed (not a great discovery when you are in pain), often with a noisy not very private waiting area, and often with a long wait.] WellNow has an easy check in system, a quick way to fill out (only a few!) forms before you arrive, and even pay before your visit which makes the whole process much easier and quicker. You can reserve a spot and see how many people are in front of you (they are also open much earlier than The Little Clinic). The staff at this location were all nice and in good spirits. There's free coffee and slushies(!) in the waiting area and even an arcade game. My entire visit start to finish was just a little over half an hour, and Chandra, the nurse practitioner who helped me, was kind, informative, and quick. One of the best urgent care experiences I've ever had."

"I was very impressed with this facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick and easy. A tv screen in the waiting area keeps you aware of where you are on the waiting list. BONUS!! They have a Slushy machine and refreshments!! The facility is clean and modern. The Nurse practitioner was extremely capable and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"The staff is great. The waiting room is as comfortable as any urgent care office could be. Staff is professional and kind. If your nice to them you might get to see the soft side of people that often are not treated with respect. I recommend them highly."
