"NEGATIVE STARS. After seeing how dreadfully poor this facilities ratings were, I’m not surprised at all about how my last 2 ‘interviews’ here have gone. And by ‘interviews’ I mean a 3 minute conversation in the lobby with the most incompetent HR personnel I have ever encountered; Missy. Today was the SECOND time that I have tried to apply here and been completely blown off. Clearly a smoke break is #1 on her mind as I had an ‘interview’ with her at 1, and at 12:55 she’s booking it out the door to smoke. Only to see me sitting in the lobby waiting to speak with her, for her to try and pawn me off onto another associate. And THEN once she found out they were unavailable, to simply tell me ‘No we don’t have that available.’ MEANWHILE THEY JUST POSTED 4 DAYS BEFORE MY INTERVIEW SAYING THE WERE LOOKING FOR FULL TIME HELP. And that’s what I told her, and she told me they were filled 2 days ago… which would’ve been Sunday. The incompetence is unbelievable, and from this pathetic encounter, do not send your loved ones here. If they can’t take the time to offer a job to someone who has showed up, IN PERSON, 3 TIMES NOW, clearly wants a job, hardworking, and truly enjoys caring for people, has beyond incompetent HR personnel, please don’t bring your family here, because I can’t imagine the people they DO have working for them."

"2-20-2020, the cold, mostly raw "hamburger " hard cold fries, served to these senior residents was not even the quality served at an elementary school! Absolute disgrace! There were only two overworked employees in the kitchen having to heat up what could only be prepackaged "food" serve the residents and then clean up everything."

"Please be AWARE and USE CAUTION. PLEASE READ TO THE END..My Mother died at Glenwood nursing home in......2009......and it was a nice facility rated number 1...My Brother was admitted in Oct. Of 2015 and we did not know that the facility was under different ownership and RATED at the BOTTOM of the LIST. My Brother was OVERDOSED at the facility and spent several hours in the ER to get his BP back up.. He Later CHOKED and was addmitted the PCH for SEVERAL days....LATER He was COMPLAINING with his bottom l was TOLD by the NURSE AND DR. to not worrie it was only a rash...I had him SENT OUT to a Dr. Outside the facility on 9.13.17..He arrived LATE and WAS NASTY DIRTY and was diagnosed with a BED SORE...On Oct.6 2017 my Brother CHOKED TO DEATH. THE FACILITY IS UNDERSTAFFED AND POORLY OPERATED WITH NO AIR CONDITION IN HEALTH CARE.....IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE NEEDING HELP PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE."

"Clean, well staffed, everyones friendly. The administration is very helpful in All your needs. Some rooms are semi-private, and some are private. There's views of the Glenwood Park recreation area where there's trails, fishing, paddle boating, shelters ( covered ), and places THROUGHOUT the park for picnics and grills. They have miniature golf, and two playgrounds on premises. Bring your families or friends. Must warn you, NO ALCOHOL IN ANY PART OF PARK!"
