"Very rude management and they refused to give credit for $100 I had prepaid for my mother's appointment. They never read my appointment note explaining this was a surprise for my mothers birthday. No attempt to offer credit of any kind and never called me back and stopped responding to messages. Took the money and placed full blame on me rather than anything they did wrong in calling my mother about an appointment she did not yet know about (hence the surprise). Very disappointing and sad experience all around with this company."

If you get a facial here, ask for Megan, she is the best!!!"
