"My spouse and I have both been patients of this facility and loved the doctor who used to meet with us and discuss our needs. Earlier this year, we were informed that a new doctor came to replace the old one. My spouse made a regular appointment with the new doctor, strictly for a maintenance check on blood pressure and a few simple questions. Two days before the appointment, the automated system called and informed us that the appointment had been rescheduled for a day earlier and a completely different time. No communication about this had come from the office. We showed up ten minutes before the designated time, paid our copay, and then my spouse was admitted and taken to one of the rooms. After ONE HOUR AND TEN MINUTES OF WAITING with no one from the staff coming to check on my spouse or give any clue as to when the doctor would appear, we left. Other than a follow-up call and the rude admonishment by one of the staff that "you should have come to the front and told us," and the promise that "the new doctor will call you back and discuss this," no other calls have come. What irks both my spouse and me the most is the obvious lack of care or concern on the part of the crew there."

"I'd like to preface by saying that Dr. Stickler and her nurses are nice and helpful so I hate that this may reflect poorly on them. That said, the front desk staff in this office are some of the most consistently unpleasant people I've ever had to deal with in a professional setting. Regardless of the time of day or nature of the interaction they are rude, impatient, and act like they've been inconvenienced by whatever it is you're doing. Recently I had one of them get downright nasty with me over the phone on a level I couldn't believe. Getting prescription refills is like pulling teeth and there's always some kind of problem or delay. If you want to be treated with even the slightest consideration or respect, this isn't the office for you."
