"I never leave reviews but wow the level of fraudulence and unprofessionalism with this merchant is surreal! I called to schedule an appointment online, and staff told me I could only schedule an appointment as a member, which I agreed to. She created one for me and said I could access my appointments to make changes and cancel, which I didn't do immediately. I made an appointment with them over the phone.i was out of town for work and called 48hrs to cancel after I couldn't access the account they had created. I left them a voicemail after trying everything. These people still charged me full price as a no-call no-show and claimed I didn't leave any voicemail. I told them I couldn't access my account they created and volunteered to come in an show them my recent calls; they said I was not a member and that the person who created the account no longer works there. However, they still had my info on their system and offered to give me points to the account I can't access and "they can't make appointment changes to" Please do yourselves a favor and not create any form of account with them that involves any financial info."

"DO NOT go to this place! I have never written a bad review for anything, but it is insulting the way this business is run. You cannot get out of your contract just by writing a letter as stated in the contract. They will continue to bill you long after cancelation without notifying you. There will be be a huge charge on your card months later. ABSOLUTELY the worst way to do business. People talk to each other. It will not be open much longer"

"I wish it was easier to get appointments. I also wished they could get my app to work but the employee said lots of people have issues with it. So I have to call anytime i need an appointment to go through my schedule and theirs. Boo. Ashley is the bomb at massages. I've tried to send everyone to her. Very sweet and truley gives the best massage so far!"

"probably the most unprofessional massage envy i’ve been to. very poor service in terms of massages. facials made me break out. told these people over and over after going 1 time, i was not satisfied with the service and wanted to cancel my membership. but they’re so money hungry they continue to call/email and harass me saying i need a doctors note saying i don’t need their facials (???? even my doctor is confused by this protocol) i’ve had the same conversation about 6 times and we’re still in the same spot. and hate to be rude but my 2 year old can give the same quality massage. in Texas the massage envy i went to was AMAZING! i’m so disappointed. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. horrible management"

"Very poor experience. Made an appointment for 4pm, showed up at 3:50 to people that looked shocked I was there. I received a confirmation call the night before confirming the 4pm appointment. They moved my appointment the same day without telling me. They couldn't find any therapist to take the appointment as I was sitting in the waiting room because they were all on break. I promptly cancelled my membership and will not be returning to this location. The individuals in there were nice enough, just horrible service and not worth the money. Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Spend your money elsewhere Update: after I filled out the link from owner it said I would be contacted within 48 hours. It's been 7 days further enforcing my point of awful customer service at this location. Stay away at all cost."
