"These guys are literal thieves. They did not fix my cell screen and then ghosted me when I tried to get it fixed. However, they found the time to submit documents to my credit card company after I disputed the charge. Now I have to take them to court- all for a stupid cell phone screen. Don't waste your money or time with these clowns!"

"Fixology is the only repair store I will take my Jewelry to! I’ve gone here 3 times with different but very special unique Gold Necklaces. Omar gives wonderful costumer service, he explained everything to me in detail, showed me how he’d make the repairs and went over pricing before fixing. I’ve only had to wait 1-2 hrs everytime, one time I came back late right when the mall closed, he had already closed the shop but once he saw me he immediately opened everything back up so I could pick up my necklace! ! He took something broken into pieces and put it all back together like brand new, he understood how much they meant to me they were completely fixed and cleaned! Thank you Fixology!"

"Fixology did a nice job of replating my engagement ring. I also had my rings welded together. The actual work is impeccable and they took good care of my rings. However, they welded my wedding band in front of my engagement ring, which is not how I was wearing it. I am really disappointed that the way I wear it wasn’t considered. I know I didn’t say anything, but assumed this was common knowledge, that the band goes behind the engagement ring. They did offer to fix it, but I am nervous to damage my rings. The very kind person who did the work told me that I should just wear my ring this way, which I’m not happy about. It was a pricey service and while I appreciate the nice work, a big mistake was made."

"Hi, I brought my ring in to get it resized. It was a special made ring and I told them to call if they had any questions. When I came in to pick it up the jeweler had completely polished the design off the ring to the point that even the original designer cannot fix it. They kept my ring for two weeks saying they could fix the design and failed to call me with updates. The only reason knew what was going on was because I had to repeatedly visit the store. After this they offered to refund half the cost so about ($25) dollars, despite the fact that I need to purchase a completely new ring, which costs close to $700. I am extremely frustrated with my experience and also how they handled the situation. The first photo is the original design the second was their attempt to fix it."
