"We just had a baby and Primary Pediatrics came highly recommended. However, we cannot recommend them and every visit feels like having a heart attack right now. This place does not take your or your children's health serious. On our first visit, the lab attendant and a number of office staff did not wear face covering--we have a four-day old and we have no intention to add the name of our little baby to the 200000+ already dead. On our second visit it was not much better and I covered the carrier the entire time to try and protect our baby. When we pointed the mask issue out to the lab attendant she acted like she had not noticed and a minute later three or four maskless staff members walked by the door. Leaving was a zigzag course to avoid all the office staff, including nurses, without masks. As new parents we also did not feel like they were very caring or having even at the most basic consulted the notes--would you seriously ask a first time parent who had their child two days ago--"Were you here with us before?""
