"Dr. Ashley listens and assesses the whole situation. Our child has a complex issue and Dr. Ashley was able to see us in person and has also been able to do tele-med appointments. His office usually gets back within the day during open hours, if not within the hour when there is a question or issue. There is a patient portal for questions as well. He has helped in our ongoing situation with our son, when treatments don't go as planned, he can pivot and try something else. His staff has been very helpful, going above and beyond. Even though he's an out of state doctor for us, it feels like his office is much closer given the flexibility of tele-med consults and the response to issues as they arise."
