"We have paid our bill several times with this office. Yet they have not updated our records. We had no choice but to use this dr when birthing at Wellstar and unfortunately because the billing is so hidden we do not get to see why they keep sending us the same charge over and over. I am in healthcare and very familiar with how healthcare billing works. His practice is sketchy at best. Please monitor your bills and keep very good records or you will be dealing with them for years to come... Update- it’s not a delinquent account if you don’t post the payment, you can’t collect it and not credit our account. He won’t send us an itemized bill showing that our payments have been credited to our account and hung up without listening to the fact that we have paid. Our balance is $39! We can pay (again) but shouldn’t have to make payments over and over again! Fix your system and update the payment when you get it so we don’t have to deal with you. I hope the hospital finds a better provider. Parents and babies deserve better than him. It’s not just the billing btw…request another Dr for your newborn if you can. This guy is awful."

"Edit from 1 to 3 stars: Dr Rabbat called me when he received my payment and let me know that they had filed with the correct insurance and that it was pending. He said he won’t charge my card until the file goes through which I really appreciated. That was the pediatrician at my hospital after my delivery so I had no choice in his services but he did not do much beside looking at my baby which was charged $400. However my main issue was with his office. I was sent a bill that was filed with the wrong insurance 3 months after my son’s birth. I called the office and let them know the correct insurance information. She flat out refused very rudely to refile the claim, telling me too much time had passed. I knew for a fact it wasn’t true. Mistakes happen all the time and resubmitting a claim to the right insurance after 3 months is possible. After I insisted for a while over the phone she said she’d try to resubmit it. Well 2 months later I received the same bill, filed with the same insurance (not the correct one) with a note circled in red that they haven’t heard from me after the first bill was sent and that was the second reminder. Lying that way and refusing to fix an insurance mistake as a doctor is a very unethical business practice. Note that they don’t have a website or email address to communicate. It has to be done by mail (yes even the payment). I ended up mailing the payment because the price was gonna be the same filed with the correct insurance and I don’t want to have outstanding bills at year end but STILL! They deserved to be called out."

"Wonderful doctor.very knowledgeable. I worked with him for years In labor and delivery and when my son was born very very sick he took Excellent care of my baby and saved his life. I've never trusted another doctor like I have Dr. Rabbat"

"Dr. Rabbat subcontracts work at North Fulton Hospital in Roswell Georgia. He is very rough with the newborns as well as with the new mothers. Has made the birth of our first daughter into one of the worst experiences of our lives. Terrible human being, let alone a doctor, let alone a pediatrician. He said, plain as day, that my wife and I should off ourselves because we didn't want to take his "professional opinion" to keep coming back for checks and rechecks of our child, which, as other people have noted in other reviews, had nothing to do with the wellbeing of our child, but with his bank account. So because we refused, he said that we don't care about our newborn and that we should off ourselves (the only reason I'm writing it like that is because google won't even allow me to write what this "doctor" actually said to us). He also threatened to call social services on us, essentially blackmailing us, just so he could get a little more money for an extra visit. Stay away, from him, and if the hospital where you are giving birth is subbing out work to him, you have the right to request someone else. I am firmly convinced I have some form of PTSD after interacting with him as I still have nightmares of him after all these years. The way he interacted with two brand new parents, with a baby just a few hours old, is unforgivable and predatory. Also, my wife followed up with a deep post-partum, so his suggestion to us to off ourselves, was absolutely inexcusable and evil, coming from a doctor that knows the fragility of new mothers. If you look him up online you will find that our review of this "doctor" is almost carbon copy with countless other people's reviews. He also seems to have only two types of reviews. Either 0 stars like ours with people explaining in detail their horror, or 5 stars reviews with no comments or explanation, which tells me he employs the use of fake 5 star reviews for the purpose of pushing real reviews to where they are not easily found. I hope someone reports this vile person to the Georgia Board of Pediatrics so he can finally have his licence revoked."
