"My experience here was so so. Dr Herron is great when you actually get the chance to see her. The staff doesn't follow up, it's hard to get in touch some days and I've had to constantly call for simple follow ups regarding simple stuff. When we did have appointments and arrived on time ( have to also pay for parking), it would be over an hour just to see someone for a scheduled Dr visit that would last only 10 mins. I was not happy that I hardly would bring my son anymore and have now switched back to his first Dr. that is across town just because I did not have these issues."
