"Look , the doctors are great i dont have any problem with them whatsoever… the problem is the rude “nurses” or front people at the clinic. I was asking questions, “asking questions” and the lady in the phone couldn’t answer . First makes me feel like im dumb for asking questions , just bc you dont know the answers dont be making me feel like im less than you. They need manners bc she called me rude when i kept asking about the changes implemented that i wasnt aware about. I didnt raise my voice or said nothing mean, but i did say you need to be nicer . Ive been coming here for a while and it sucks that im gonna have to take my business elsewhere. Hire ppl who have people manners first off , you supposed to be comforting the patient not making them feel like they are less."

"Very rude and the staff/nurses asked very inappropriate and personal questions. Just unprofessional. They also did not pay attention to the concerns that my sister had about my newborn nephews health. We ended up changing pediatrician and turns out my nephew had a problem that needed to be treated. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!"

"This by far was is the worst location to take your kids. The staff clearly does not care about the patients. They are rude and hang up on you then tell you to just take your child somewhere else. They even refused to allow me to speak to the dr to report the staff."

",,,never had a real problem with this pediatrician. she is loving and i have felt like her concern for my two has always been important to her. her assistant is very good too,,,and her staff is professional. i have been taking my children to dr sanchez for over 7 years and they"re general health is good. any specialty doctors that maybe necessary she has always spoken on where to go to get additional care for my children. i would not change their doctor for any reason..she has been a great ped for them! ....the tolliver kids"

"If you plan on taking your kids to this Doctor Think Twice. Dr. Braverman REFUSED to see my 2 yr. old with a 104 fever...... The male doctor that works with her is great but HER she is definitely not professional.... DONT WASTE YOUR Time or take your kids here. As a Dermatologist she doesn't do a good job either but charges super high fees."
