"there used to be a good clinic and a good doctor, apt 12 pm .arrived 11.30 . See doctor 2 pm..really?but now apparently someone decided to collect more money. recruit non-professional rude employees. and this applies not only to this clinic, but also to the autism center , a complete mess weird teachers and only collecting money. Disappointed."

"I was so excited for my sons first appointment here considering the nightmares from his previous doctor. I arrive at 2:15 for my 2:30 appt only for them to tell me my appointment was never made. For some reason, whoever I spoke with on the phone, created my sons chart but never scheduled the appointment. This is not only super unprofessional but also super inconsiderate of our time. I took off of work to make this appontment. Wasted time. And of course they weren’t able to see him while we were there and they dont have any available appointments for another 2 weeks. This was a huge inconvenience to me and makes me not want to go back to even give the doctor a chance. The staff couldnt even properly schedule the appointment. Highly concerning!!"

"My daughter sees a different nurse/doctor everytime she goes. They could be more kid friendly or patient friendly in general. We had to wait over a month for a well check up visit. This was after calling for days in a row because no one answers the phone. It will ring and ring."

"The kindest staff you can ever have. My son’s NP is Adrienne. She’s the sweetest, I love her. My son’s MA is also Jennifer. She has been doing my sons vaccines and she is the best. Jennifer works quick and is super kind. She always make sure you get the best care."

"Providers and office staff are nice! Extremely poor operational management and oversight. Incredibly difficult to get a hold of staff on the phone. Lack of follow through with lab results. It does not take 5 months to get results back and it clearly states this on the lab report. Back office staff called me 5 months later about my sons labs from August (it’s now January of the following year!) & were unable to explain test results to me. A nurse was supposed to call me to discuss last week but haven’t heard back. Still waiting for a call back from the office manager since Friday. I’ve worked in healthcare for almost 20 years and managed private practices…this is not how you run an office! Would this be acceptable if it were your child? Doubtful"
