"Dr. Douglas has cared for our whole family. He really takes his time with each patient and does not rush you out of the room. He always makes us feel important and makes sure he addresses all of our issues before he moves on. I've gone to other offices where I felt like I was on a time schedule and the Dr had to rush in and out and didn't slow down long enough to listen or care what was going on with me, and that isn't the case here. Highly recommend. If you're in a hurry I would get the first appointment of the day. Since he does take time with patients, he can tend to run a little behind, but if you know that going in you're going to be happy with him!"

"I must tell you first and foremost how honored I am to have a Primary like Dr. Douglas. He is phenomenal at his job and cares tremendously about his patients. His bed side manner is first-rate. He goes out of his way to build a genuine relationship with you, which allows you as a patient to open up about your needs! I moved to Rome about 9 months ago and completely had to start from square one with a new home, job, etc. After, I got the most important task situated it was time for me to pick a doctor. I knew instantaneously that I wanted it to be Dr. D because I had the pleasure of interacting with him and his family daily by then at my new job. Him and his wife were warm and confronting and I KNEW that not only would I be comfortable with him, but that I could trust him as well. So I made my appointment and the rest is history. There has been times when I was sick at my job and his wife would make him aware. I'd look up and there he'd be walking through the door, stethoscope and all, to check me out and call in medication for me! That caring spirit is what many healthcare professional's lack in these times, but not him. If you are looking for quality care, a friendly staff, and a doctor that is there to guide you with your help, YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH DR. DOUGLAS!!!!!!"

"First appointment with Dr. Douglas, waited almost 3 hours for him to see me. Second appointment, after just over 2 hours, I left and did not see him. Not respectful of the patients time. I now see Stephanie his Nurse Practitioner. She is wonderful and always on time."

"2nd day out of . I was put in a small windowless room for an hour. I only had to get prescriptions renewed...vitals were excellent...not sick. I had to finally leave before I saw Dr and when I called nurses back the next appt was for 2 weeks. She told me to go to emergency room and laughed. she laughed at every DT symptom I had. Nothing major just nerves and jitters...still..what was so funny? They could not care less about their patients. And they have all become fat..."

"Service was good until our last few visits. Today had 930 am appointment and for two hours no one came to check on us and we felt forgotten. Asked nurses at desk what was going on and they acted like we intruded on their social life, no answer. Poor customer service. Dr Douglas passed our door many times and never let us know anything. Left without seeing doctor and was in pain."
