"Mother of two kids, both patients at this establishment. Very unhappy with the Doctors and the staff. My elder daughter was prescribed very high potency prescription, was was corrected by the specialist. Recently my son got alarming blood results and Dr didn’t even discuss his reports with me. Instead they called my son as he is 18 now that if you have any concerns then call us back. Seriously how a 18 year will understand the blood report details. Its nurse or Dr responsibility to explain. Communication gap between staff and doctors - leading to last minute cancellations causing kids to miss school and office for parents."
