3:16 Family Medicine Kids' Corner-Bremen

"We have been bringing our daughter to 3:16 her entire life. We started at the Carrollton office and moved to the Bremen office when it opened. The provider we saw left but she was great. I don’t love the fact that the Bremen office is shared with the urgent care. The healthy visit sitting area is right at the door so there are always sick adults at the desk or sitting in the well kids waiting room. We do really like the nurse Trina and think she really cares and is great at her job. I feel like the care can be kinda scattered. Since we started going we made it very clear our vaccines wishes. Stating what vaccine we wanted and that we didn’t want any combo vaccines. After leaving one of our visits we later found out that she was given a combo vaccine with vaccines we stated we didn’t want. When we called to get the immunization record from the visit we were told they couldn’t share that with us. It just felt really shady like they were trying to hide something or cover tracks. Overall just very disappointed in lack of clarity and communication."

"A really nice and clean office. Staff is friendly and attentive as well. Glad I found this place for my kids."
