Tanner Urgent Care/Bremen

"If you want my honest review the Doctor Deborah JAHNKE we seen was very rude and unprofessional, she came into the room and gave me my 7 year olds covid and step diagnoses which was positive and preceded to tell me he got covid because we went into waiting rooms and didn’t wear masks . ( I will NOT cover my child’s face) Then when I decided to tell her that we wasn’t going to stress about it and we would give it to God because yes we are a faithful house hold she then decided to be very rude and laugh under breath and then say “Good luck with that “ and then walked out of the room . She can have her beliefs and that’s fine but to be rude to a patient is un called for ! I will not ever be back this tanner facility because of this lady ! I’m not ever a rude person and I don’t come off that way and my son and I did not deserve her to talk down to us about a mask not being worn or laugh because of our faith !!"

"Skip the extra step and just go to the ER. That's what they're going to tell you anyways, after waiting 1+ hours and glancing over your chart. This has been my experience every time I have been here or brought a loved one here, no joke. Staff is nice but you're not likely to get any help beyond a tamiflu prescription."

"This was the second and last time I visit this urgent care. Both times the providers seemed incompetent. I went today for flu symptoms and the first thing I told the nurse was that I am pregnant. She looked at my chart for 1 second and said yes she saw that (she was great). So her being able to see it so quickly on my record told me that it’s known at this point. The provider comes in with my test results and tells me he will prescribe me tamiflu and I’m in a safe window to take it (making me think he’s also aware I’m pregnant). I drive to the pharmacy and sit there and wait for several minutes and I get a call that saying that the provider did not know I was pregnant and would not be sending the prescription. He should have at least looked at my chart before seeing me. That seems like a basic protocol to follow. He shouldn't have noticed long after I left. Him knowing I was pregnant could have gave me different treatment info or allowed for me to ask different questions about recovering."

"Took my son to urgent care to have a place on his arm looked at. To insure it’s not infected and healing properly. They call his name walk us through the first door & then proceed to tell me there is nothing they can do without even taking us to a room or looking at it. He pulls up his sleeve shows her and her eyes get big but proceed to tell us there is nothing they can do and the dr wouldn’t even look at it. I should have known better than to bring him here given that the dr has wrongly diagnosed me in the past when sick."

"Julie Warren and Amy were absolutely wonderful as was the front desk staff! They were prompt, professional, and thorough. Also, if you need a shot, Amy is your person-I am a shot wimp and she was finished before I could tell she started!!!"
