"DO NOT take your iPad here!!!!!!!! They destroyed a $1000 iPad. Nothing but excuses. He knows when he damaged the iPad. A reputable repair shop would have told me something was not right and they were going to send it out to someone with more knowledge at their expense. Did they offer to do this ,NO they did not. Blamed everyone else. Took my iPad to a reputable repair shop only to find out it was destroyed beyond repair after he claimed the part to be repaired had to be soldered. ( it did not need to be soldered) had my iPad for 3 weeks! All he had to do was replace a port."

"Couldn’t ask for better service. Went above and beyond to fix my phone and my printer. Very respectful and understanding of the urgency in which I needed this done."

"Had to take my Acer Aspire in three times. I guess all the power outages I experienced without a surge protector have cost me since they said that the motherboard was fried. I do recommend this place, but they are usually always busy. And with one technician that I know of, it takes a while to get your item back."

"This place is a joke. We took a phone there to get a screen repaired and a new battery. They said it would be done by the end of the day. We went back to get it and they hadn’t touched it. The guy said he would have it done by 9 am. Wasn’t done. My husband waited on them to do it the next day and when they finished it, it was completely locked up and won’t work."

"Took my son’s X Box One X in to have the HDMI port replaced and 45 days later we get it back not fixed and half put together (told them want the system back and refund. They did refund my money. They took over half hour trying to get the cover back on and could not do it so just took it back half together) The excuses were endless. I don’t know how there repair service is with other electronics but I would very strongly recommend not using them for X Box repair. If you could not fix it just say that so we don’t waste each other’s time. All in all bad experience."
