"Took my wife’s minivan in because the brakes were squealing and Ray set us up for a brake job. An hour later, he called and said the brake pads were fine and didn’t need replaced, so he cleaned them and looked everything over. When I came to pick it up, he said no charge! I asked what about labor?! He replied with “just think of us when you need something worked on”. Well I did think about it and Ray just got Red’s another lifetime customer for both our vehicles!! I always heard the horror stories of mechanics trying to get you for more than what’s actually wrong. Not Red’s! Very honest and fair. Highly HIGHLY recommend this business!"

"Went to Reds to get my brakes looked at, and the oil changed before a trip to Florida. They replaced the front rotors and brakes all the way around. About a week ago, I went back to have my brakes rechecked due to a slight vibration in the steering wheel when I applied the brakes. I also wanted to get the oil changed, fluid levels checked, and tires rotated. They could find nothing wrong with the brakes, but after rotating the tires, the car drove better. I was very pleased with their service and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back to get my truck serviced soon"
