"The staff the night my family and I went for help was amazing! Next level assistance. I had placed and order with T-Mobile on the phone after inquiring about the home internet online. My account was completely messed up. These ladies stayed with us for hours to correct the issues and then set up our phones/service. I feel great about switching providers after meeting these ladies. I cannot recommend this store enough. I have never received this type of customer service for a cell service provider. Thank you!"

"Never ever will I visit the Ripley T MOBILE store again!!! Went to the store to activate 2 phones purchased online from T-Mobile. Representatives were afraid to activate phones because they didn’t want to chance possibly messing up my “DEAL”. They stated I could only activate the phones by calling customer service. I stayed in the store to contact customer service to activate my phones, thinking the representatives would speak to customer service to complete the activation. Yeah, that didn’t happen at all!!!!! As I was speaking to customer service even stares, “you are inside a T mobile store and no one is helping with this? NOPE!!!! Both representatives were sitting starring at their phones….LESSON LEARNED, NEVER AGAIN Ripley TMobike NEVER AGAIN!!!!"
