"The Network operators are great. They're easy to express your concerns to. But when it gets on county level I've called workers before five or six times without a return phone call ever! Recently the same problem arose again and I called the main Network explained to the lady what my problem was. But I was instructed by previous CPS workers to contact them if there was ever a repeat problem again. I never received a call from the county and I've even called the local DHHR to try and get in touch with someone in Charleston and an automated system took my message and stated they would be in contact with in 48 hours that was last week. They're definitely not a reliable source a protection for your children if you're trying to go by the book."

"Just not up to par when it comes to child's well being and helping family's maintaining the original family dynamic should have more programs to help new moms with skills and the education to be the mom there supposed to be it a out dated system in WV need more to help family get right education to be outstanding productive parents in the society and there more about taking kids away"
