"Had a great time celebrating my son’s birthday with friends from Kanawha Valley Church!"
"If your children have any disabilities I would be very cautious about going to this location. We have been multiple times before, we drive an hour and make an evening of it. But this is the first time that we were harassed, pointed at and my children bullied by an employee. There 5-6 employees but 1 of them constantly left her area to follow our children around. She was the only blonde on the floor and brunette female ended up joining in on the pointing and bullying towards the end. Her and another female employee continued to point obviously at our family. The last time was while 2 other employees who were beside us said nothing (I’m pretty sure they realized the boys were disabled) she walks across the entire building to say something to disabled children in a foam pit while walking right passed adults. We ended up leaving but no child deserves to be bullied by teenagers and there was no adults present. There were 2 other male employees who were so very kind and patient with our boys and we truly appreciate them and their kindness. But I’m not paying $100 for children who struggle every day of their lives to be bullied by teenagers. We saw plenty of cameras and it can clearly visible her following and pointing at only one family."
"It was our first trampoline park experience and it was great. The young lady that checked us in explained how it all worked and made me comfortable and at ease. I wish the toddler area had a little more to it but we had an amazing time nonetheless. We were there in the evening on a weekday so it wasn't super packed. We will be going again."
"We love this place. The Elite package is 40$ish and is perfect for summer. It covers a child and a parent for unlimited jumping as well as the Friday and Saturday glow jump. The hours in the winter don't make having the membership package worth it. The prices during the winter hours are also not worth it per hour. Especially being they don't open until 4 pm during the week and close at 8 pm. It doesn't fit with a school schedule. The birthday packages are outrageous. All in all, it is worth every penny during the summer and so much fun."
"Attended a birthday party here and it was awesome, trampolines we’re reserved for an hour for the party full of kids ages 3-5 making it easier for parents and safer for kids. Check in was quick & the staff were super friendly. The pizza was banging and the party room was set up nice. Bathrooms were very clean as well! They also have one of those photo booths and wind machines in the front of the facility along with a race car simulator game. I was very impressed and satisfied all around."
