"I was a Foster Parent with NYSP out of Wheeling, WV for almost 10 years. I enjoyed my time with all the children I fostered and even adopted two of them. I was in the proses of adopting three boys when I was accused of something I didn't do. One of my own children want the boys gone so he accused me of Abuse and the state add Neglect. They will close you down without waiting until the investigation over. I was cleared but that doesn't mean much the boy's are gone and my reparation is ruined. There was one worker out of WV office stood up for me, but the others didn't. This why there is few Foster Parent today. I'm ask about it, I tell my story and tell them to think hard before they leap into it."
