"Originally, my wife and I thought this place would be great place for our 3 year old. We had a good, albeit, short experience with our oldest daughter over a decade ago. With our 3 year old currently, however, we lost confidence in the Director and some of her staff. My daughter on two separate occasions and within a week, came home with major bumps, bruises, cuts and abrasions on her forehead. When bought to the attention of the school, they denied it happened at the school, and if it did, were unsure of when or how it happened. After the second occasion, I contacted the Director whose response lacked any genuine concern for my daughter, but came across as protective of her staff, citing that she knows her teachers well considering that certain teachers involved were related to her. This obviously did not sit well with me, considering, they were unable to tell me what happened, showed no proactively in figuring out what happened and came across as protective of one another. This was a major issue and combined with several other issues both large and small to include my child being sent home in another child's cloths, one occasion when I was there the teacher changing my daughters diaper almost allowed her to fall off the changing table from which I was the one who caught her, to finding my child sleeping on a cot positioned under shelving and wedged between the changing table and other large objects, led me to conclude that I should not trust my child's safety in the physical environment, nor could I expect appropriate accountability given the personal relations among the daycare staff and with the Director. I would not recommend this facility to anyone given those experiences."
