"I ordered delivery at 9:06 pm for crab rangoon, black pepper chicken combo plate and general tso's chicken combo plate. The location of my apartment complex from the restaurant is less than 5 minutes away. They said delivery would take around 20-30min. At 9:45, I called to check on my delivery and was told that it had been dropped off already. I advised them that I didn't receive anything and that they would either have to remake my order or give me a refund. They said they would remake the order. At 10:15, I called to check on my food because I hadn't received it. The employee said they were trying to find a delivery driver and that they would call me back. At 10:38, I called again because I STILL hadn't gotten my food. The employee said the delivery driver was on the way. At 10:50, my food arrived and even though I gave the delivery driver specific instructions to the building, he still went to the wrong apartment and I had to wave him down. I won't be ordering from Hong Kong II anymore."

"Food was great especially bourbon chicken that I'm very picky about. They even called me when I forgot a meal behind. Gave 4 stars though because the daughter was super disrespectful to other workers even tried to hit her mom in front of us"

"I ordered the General Tso’s on my mission to find the best in town. This was pretty much the quintessential hole in the wall/strip mall Chinese place. The chicken was kind of chewy/spongy and the rice was that cheaper yellow fried rice. They had a pretty good lunch deal, but they asked us if we wanted the combo and charged us for the more expensive combo dinner platter instead of the lunch deal, so beware of that if you go here!!
