"What's up with the drivers ? Are they afraid to get wet or what. I've been waiting on a package that says on truck out for delivery an then says delayed from weather.... Had other packages delivered during this time so what's up????? Think these supply stores an companies should look into paying more for shipping with UPS least they deliver."

"From my own experience, and looking at all these reviews,they must not read them,because if they did they woul have done better with their service, I have been waiting since 1-23-24 for a package that says is on truck from day one ,it is now 1-28-24,and no package,says due to weather,but the truck has delivered other packages here in between these dates,what's up !! Fedex!! Their couldn't be a dependable supervisor there because with all these terrible reviews u would think they would have things going better, Marcella"

"Very helpful, but my overnight express package from Utah was almost two days late and not on the route truck so I had to go to the shop center to get my package. I didn't like that at all, but the people who run the ship center were very nice and helpful."

"I am 73 years old, and order my dog food from Chewy, so I don't have to lift the heavy bags. Can't lift them any way!! Yesterday, my FedEx driver left a 45 lb. Box at side of driveway. Also, 32 lb. Box in same place. Yes, it was raining which was all the more reason to put boxes on porch!!! Never had any problem with previous driver, Zach!!!! I was so angry when I got home from work and had to try to lug heavy bags to porch!!! That's why I order from Chewy, so I don't have to try to lift heavy bags. Very upset with new driver!!!"
