"I have one driver out of this place who's great. a fantastic dude he works hard gets my stuff here even if it's after dark and he's beat to hell, and wants to get home to his family. Everyone else is so lazy, and awful at their job i think a retarded chimp with cerebral palsy, and a serious addiction to downers could be quickly taught to do it better."
"Simply the single most unprofessional shipping experience I've had by far. My package has been at this facility for days and hasn't moved, a fact made even more frustrating given that I live a mere 3 hours away. Upon calling the facility to check on what could possibly be holding my package up, I was greeted with a voice recording that was unable to provide me with the information I wanted and it refused to connect me with an actual person."
"Have had many many deliveries to my home from UPS over the last couple of years.....but now they keep saying my address is wrong or my apartment number is wrong....I don’t even live in an apartment. Been waiting for my sons hoverboard from Amazon for 4 days now. It’s been at Chauncey for 4 days and been out for delivery for 4 days and each day they reschedule the delivery and say it’s because my address is wrong and now it says my apartment number is wrong. I mean come on this is starting to be ridiculous. These drivers either don’t know what they’re doing or where they’re going or they’re just flat out lazy. It’s just bad business. I can’t believe that Amazon even uses them at this point. I’m so disappointed with UPS over this one because my little boy is so excited and anxiously watches for that UPS truck everyday just to be let down each day. Something really should be done about this incompetence."
"If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. This UPS service has delivered to my address MULTIPLE times and my house is the easiest to find. They say they can’t find my address to deliver my package. I called costumer service and they told me to drive all the way up to Chauncey to see if they have my package and I live 30 minutes away. I’m still stuck without a package and I’m very anxious for this package. Been checking the tracking every hour each day. This is such bull. They drivers are lazy. When they do deliver they set them in my yard out in the rain and never care to bring them onto my porch. The last time they delivered here which was about a month ago, they delivered a curio cabinet which was about a 80 pound package and left it out in the rain and leaning on top of my car. I will never order off another website that ships with UPS. I will make sure to ask the website what company they ship with before EVER making another purchase again on a website!!!!!!!! I can’t not say it enough. I HATE HATE HATE UPS!!!! Jesus step up your game. 1.8 stars and all reviews say that they could not find their address to deliver or have the wrong address. Freaking sad and uncalled for!!!!!!!!"
"Sorry delivery service. I have lived at the same residence for years. I have discovered that on Friday's here in southern WV, the Chauncey Office drivers will either hold the package or claim un-deliverable if you live more than 15 miles from their office. I have had over night delivery end up at local beauty salons only to be discovered that the package has sat there for a week. I call and complain and their sorry operators will blurt, "According to our records, it was delivered over a week ago." Today, the sad sack driver drove past my house to the wrong area and then went to the wrong community post office to try to dump the package on them. The post master informed the sad sack that I did not live in their area. Sad sack took the package back to Chauncey with an "undeliverable" notice for wrong address. I paid for expedited shipping! Fed Ex is by far the most professional, dependable delivery service in our area. Sort of like comparing an old broken down mule that needs to be put out of its misery to a thoroughbred horse. No comparison. (I am not affiliated with Fed Ex in any way other than when I am lucky enough to get a delivery assigned to them.)"
