"Was told I can’t get mail at my home I would have to rent a box they can’t bring the mail up that way after been told my 911 they can and they are boxes out everywhere up this way that they bring the mail to"

"Very Shady clerk runs this office, she’s been known to control the mail people receive within this city of Nellis. Has intentions of making dealing with this post office most difficult unless it benefits her. Unfortunately, has pull with upper management to continue without consequences of wrong doings."

"Horrible customer service at this post office! Mail is always lost and I’m always getting other people’s mail! Went to pick up a package and I was told it was in the mail lady’s vehicle from the day before and she took it home I would have to come back later when she brought it back! Unexceptional my mail should not be in someone’s car over night at there house."

"The postmaster gets the mail all mixed up and doesn’t put it in the right boxes. I have had multiple ppl come to my house looking for their mail and tax checks that they was waiting on. She doesn’t stay in only for a total of 3 hours and takes an hour and a half lunch and doesn’t get the mail up befor 10am. She is very rude also. I wish they would get a better qualified person for them job..."

"The woman who works there doesn't sort the mail or put mail in the boxes in a timely manner, closes way too early and is rude. Awful post office"
