"I receive emails saying something has been delivered yet 98% of the time it hasn’t! And they also won’t answer the phone!!!!!!"

"Package arrived later in the day and the post master drove it out to us as we were about to leave to go pick it up. Very nice lady she has always helped us out whenever possible.Has always went above and beyond to help us out. She is also very sweet! Wish that I knew her name so I could call and praise her for her hard work!!"

"I filled out a yellow card the last time I put my mail on hold and turned it in at the Elkview post office. While I was away from home mail was put in the mailbox in front of my home. I could observe this because of my security cameras are positioned to observe my home mailbox. Upon returning home I picked up my mail as well as the yellow card that was being held at the post office and told the post office employee to resume my home mail delivery. She said okay. That was this past Tuesday, March 22, 2022. There was no informed delivery on Wednesday the 23rd and nothing was put in my home mail box. Which is what I expected. Although yesterday the 24th, as well as today Friday March 25 “ Informed Delivery” showed we had numerous pieces of mail. I have yet to receive any of this mail, some of which appeared to be important pieces of mail. My camera recorded the mail carrier driving right passed my home mailbox on both of these days. It is my understanding this is only occurring when substitute mail carriers are making the mail run and not our normal carrier. This is not the first time this has happened over the past several months, although it is the first time I’ve complained about it through an online review. I can’t understand why substitute carriers are constantly making this mistake. It’s not rocket science to explain to new employees how to correctly do the job they are being paid to do. So as you can tell I’m disappointed and irritated. Hopefully this will be corrected. RAD, Friday, March 25, 2022"

"I've had a few packages not make it here. Had some Christmas presents from Amazon that showed they attempted delivery, they didn't as I was home all day. Looked on the tracker and it said I had a pick up notice, they didn't even leave one in the mailbox. I went to the office and they located them and told me if I hadn't come that day they would have shipped it back. Ordered a big $200 kitchen play set and it was lost in the mail supposedly. Luckily amazon refunded me but I have my doubts that a giant 50lb+ box just got lost and couldn't be located."
