"I receive other peoples mail several times a month. It’s like they don’t pay attention to the numbers and just throw it in my box. I lived at the same address for 12 years and I am the only person living here. Every single piece of mail should have my name on it. Not people up and down the road! I am positive that my mail has been delivered to other peoples house and kept. Very unreliable service and very rude people to deal with on the phone. After waiting in line for 20 minutes the person seemed very frustrated and distracted. Every experience I’ve had has been negative."

"Terrible Experienced !!!!!! 08/09/2021 I send my box going to Australia paid 95$ for shipping, It’s supposed to be 6- 10 days and my cousin didn’t receive. My husband filed a claim twice or maybe 3 times and no update! It’s been 2 months now!!!!"

"I wish I could leave zero stars. Where to start? I waited in line for 15 minutes and the woman came to the door said “tough luck come back tomorrow” all because I was following COVID guidelines and I wasn’t standing on the other side of the door. I guess her 2 minutes of typing in an address and accepting my payment was more valuable than my 20 minute drive there, my 15 minute wait in line and my 20 minute drive home. I’ve tried for days to get in contact with the post master or someone above her but it seems like that type of customer service is unavailable as well."

"Our previous mail deliverer (Jim Casto) was great. Now, half the time they say items were “unable to deliver”....why? No secure place to leave item. Sounds more like too lazy to drive up our hill. Prove me wrong."

"AWFUL to deal with. Carrier looses packages then any time you call to locate them they claim nothing can be done. Refuses to deliver packages for no reason. No one in the office will actually solve the problems on their own so you have to constantly call the customer service number to get problems resolved."
