"12/1/23 I choose chick-fil-a because the service is unmatched in any other fast food restaurant. Last night we ordered $48.64 worth of food and had a rare bad experience(we usually go to a different cfa). They brought our order to our car in the drive-thru and asked if we were Jennifer, no, so they walked to all the other cars and came back to say the right name printed on our order(Marie). The fries were luke warm. They didn't give us the specified amount of sauces on the bottom of the receipt. And my spicy chicken sandwich was missing and replaced with a regular chk sandwich with cheese,lett,tom even though our receipt showed the correct item I was missing. Other than that, everyone's food was delicious."
"We are huge Chick-fil-A fans and we’re so happy to have a place in Huntington to go to BUT unfortunately, this location is not set up well at all. There is very little parking, no outdoor seating and it is very hard to get in and out of. We were really sad about this because we would definitely prefer to spend our money in our local area but our last trip there was pretty nerve wracking, trying to get in and out. The food and service was great as usual but unfortunately I think we will be driving back to Ashland when we decide it’s time for another visit."
"We didn't know that Chick-fil-A was an option for breakfast. We got a sausage burrito and a sausage egg and cheese muffin. I was told the burrito was good, and it looked pretty large. I tried the hot sauce on my sandwich, and it was pretty good. I've spent more at other FF restaurants and got less."
"Ordered mini Chik Bfast sandwiches and hash browns. The new Watermelon Mint beverage. Very tasty and refreshing. Quick service!"
