"I've been getting my tickets through Ticketmaster for over 25 years now and have never had a problem. Recently, I got some concert tickets through VividSeats and it was a serious pain to get their app to work. Really made me appreciate how easy and reliable Ticketmaster is. Even better now that you can resell your tickets from the app or transfer them to your other party members who may arrive earlier or later than you. Thanx Ticketmaster!"

"I would rate a 0 if possible! Do NOT purchase tickets from Ticketmaster! I just paid $190 for tickets, the money cleared my account, got a confirmation email, and guess what NO TICKETS were sent to me! You can’t call customer service because none of the phone numbers work! Can’t online chat with anyone for help because that’s not an option, you can send an email for support and they say 24-48 hours to respond! Unprofessional and scammy! Do NOT waste your time or money, you’ve been warned! I will NEVER purchase from Ticketmaster again!"

"No refund yet. I purchased tickets for a 8/16/21 concert. I upgraded my tickets and sold other tickets on Ticketmaster. I got an email stating they could not deposit my monies back to my account because the incorrect card number was on file. I used the same card to purchase and re-purchase tickets so how is that so. You call 800 number can't get a live person. I wrote them so let's see if they respond or if I get my money. Poor customer service."
