"Had appointment for 2:40 today. Was told I had to arrive at 2:25, so arrived at 2:15. Waited until 3:30 to be seen before leaving to go to another Dr. appointment. No text in advance that she was too busy to see me during my appointment window, no explanation of why I had to wait and no estimate for when I would be seen. Very Unprofessional!!!"
