"Something needs to change with this office. Either short staffed or poor management. Sometimes packages won’t be delivered and you must pick them up. Horrible service."

"Please Note: do not schedule any type of passport service on Saturdays for this location. They will not honor their appointment and will blame the Post Master for not training anyone to do this service. This was a service they offered about a year ago, but have since stopped. If you need passport service I suggest either Athens or Belpre location."
