"Dr. Pippas is an educated, caring, thorough, and empathetic physician. Obviously, cancer is a main cause of fatalities in Americans and unfortunately he doesn't have the cure so the reality of many patients succumbing to this awful disease is currently inevitable. But I believe with all of me that if he could cure every single patient he has had or currently has, he would do it in a heartbeat. I appreciate how thorough he is at each appointment, never fails. I change into a paper gown, he completes a physical assessment of my entire body and listens to my heart, lungs, stomach, etc. He measures my liver (where I have tumors) and tells the transcripter to notate the measurements he's getting. I've had MANY physicians since my diagnosis in 2009 and NONE are as thorough, patience, informative, and just so kind-hearted as him. His schedule stays full because he is THE best, not just one of the best, but THE VERY BEST. I can assure anyone that is reading the reviews here that he will and would make plenty of money without having to just prescribe medications that aren't needed or schedule procedures that he doesn't truly think are necessary for proper treatment. And obviously many patients have deceased since he became one of their physicians, but with a cancer diagnosis that is the unfortunate outcome for many due to lack of cancer studies and more education and financial support for finding affective treatment options for the disease. If you are lucky enough to obtain Dr. Pippas as your personal oncologist or hematologist then count your lucky stars and take advantage of his knowledge and experience because he is such a blessing to his patients. If you've ever had a bad experience with a physician, then you will appreciate him even more because he is cut from a different cloth."

"Gave my mother 6 rounds of Doxirubicin back to back without ever checking a cardiac echo after the initial pre-treatment ultrasound. She's been living with heart failure and a pacemaker since Dr. Pippas "treated" her. Always had 40 ppl in the waiting room. He spent 2 minutes with her per visit. Didn't know what was going on half the time. This guy made lots of money, even got in trouble for medicare fraud. Stay away if you love your family."
